My star runner
I was supposed to run 10k today but couldn’t risk running through the rain. The last time I did, I got sick for almost a week. Still I was happy to be my star runner’s cheerleader, photographer and personal assistant. Next time we’ll both cross the finish line.

Family Day at the Gym
Woke up early to go boxing then my little angels decided to wake up early too. Kernan and I took them to the gym and made it a family affair. Kalia was fascinated with boxing and wanted to try it for herself. Jamaine had fun lifting some weights and drinking from the water fountain.
